OK. I will give you the following.

Lauer was annoying as shit. I could not believe half of the stuff he was saying and the stupid color commentary was annoying. I did not need it, no one did. I do wish we could have just watched the show. And yes, cutting out for a Seacrest interview was stupid as hell, too.

Paul McCartney, if I'm being perfectly honest, was not good that night. I don't know what it was.

The queen thing was funny but Lauer was trying SO HARD to get us to believe that it was really her who jumped out of the helicopter. Seriously?

The sad part is this .... The ratings broke records and that is just why NBC does what it does with the primetime coverage. It won't change. How else will they rake in so much revenue from ads?

Oh and the political shit by focusing on Romney? Dont' get me started.

There's a reason why more people watched than ever. There's more people now. The seven most watched olympic ceremonies were the last seven summer olympics. Bottom line, a lot of people watched but it seems like half the people liked it, and half thought it was terrible.
