The guy is hardly a bad guy now because he had one DUI. If you ever drink and you ever drive, the chances are you drove when you are legally drunk. Let's be honest. Just about anybody could get arrested for such a thing. Now if you do it twice or if you're so drunk that you run over a bunch of people, then that's a different story.

It's not a good thing, period. I'd hope for his sake he doesn't do it again and does like mys says.......take a cab.
