Didn't watch tonight, I was watching Revenge instead. Was this format of picking contestants good? I'm seeing mixed reviews online.

Watching it now. That guy who Tom dismissed from the get go was hilarious. He is really young so I can see him being so naive. Haha So it looks like there will be a couple episodes of these "auditions." Honestly, I like it more because you can get to know people just a little bit better. What's one or two more episodes

I loved it although I wish it had been two hours so we could have seen the three auditions and then next week it would be the "on the bubble" chefs.
I love this show.

Ya, the only thing I have with this format is next week we will not see the people that already made it through. Meaning one week without any of the really good contestants. Oh well, still liking it so far.
