This technically isn't just about football, but oh well. News broke last night that Erin Andrews is reportedly leaving ESPN and might be headed to Fox Sports. I'm kinda surprised about this, to be honest. ESPN supposedly made her a very aggressive offer that she turned down. I wonder what the need for the change is and will she be covering solely NFL on Fox, then? Well, I guess she can do MLB as well.

To be honest, she was really bad at her job. She was only there because guys liked to look at her.

Haha, I didn't think she was terrible. I know that when she first started with ESPN, she was there for hockey. Then they lost hockey and wanted to get her in front of a larger male audience, so they threw her in to college football, etc. I know she's a hockey gal, I am a little surprised she didn't go with NBC. Then again, NFL and MLB on Fox pick up a wider audience.

They put her in the studio for college football last year and she was a disaster. She couldn't even form a sentence. It was brutal.

LOL It is true. She's done with ESPN. They don't know if she's going to Fox for sure, but that seems to be the rumor.

It's official. She's off to Fox Sports. She'll be hosting Fox's new college football pre-game show and dabbling in the MLB and NFL coverage, as expected, as well as any major events.

Honestly, I'm surprised she's allowed to be involved with players while under these contracts. I thought people got in trouble for that kind of stuff in the past? Maybe because she's gotten so famous from the nude hotel scandal and DWTS? Who knows? But yea, I got bored with her. She dated so many athletes it just began to look like a desperate move on her part. Like that's all she was there to do.
