Remember when the Wings won the Cup in Pittsburgh? Ya, I remember that, too.

Team: I don't have a favorite team right now; don't really care for the Kings or the Ducks ...

Player(s): Many over the years. The only picture hanging on my wall is Gordie Howe.

Stanley Cup Finals: I would love to go! I don't even care who's playing.

Ever Been to a Live Game? Had season tickets for many years. The "hockey experience" requires the chill of the ice, the rowdy crowd, the slap of the puck, the sound of players bouncing off the backboards, the sound of gloves hitting the ice, the way a fight changes the momentum of the game ... It ain't the same on television.

Overall Favorite Hockey Moment: Hehehe ... nothing I'm going to talk about. But if you mean "on the ice," it would have to be the final game of the USA/USSR Olympics, or any triple overtime ...

I guess I really miss hockey.

The Penguins were the youngest team in the league that year so it wasn't surprising. The next year the Wings were the favorite again but were overwhelmed by a black and gold maelstrom. The Wings have never been the same again. Took the heart right out of them. Now they are going downhill quickly.

I don't see how Pitts has been any better since they beat the favorites.

Also Carolina could be good this season. They've picked up some good peeps in the off season, including Semin today.

Stanley Cup Finals: So many to pick. I would say when Calgary won their last cup. It was the first year that I had watched the NHL and the first team I ever rooted for. I remember that day all 2 well.
Ever Been to a Live Game? Yes many! Went the the Oilers game often when I was yonger. Got to meet all the greats which was amazing. Been to the playoffs 4 times. I really miss the expierence.
Overall Favorite Hockey Moment: Meeting the legend Mr. Wayne G in Edmonton and getting a picture with me on his shoulders. Seriously beyond epic!

Yeah, I remember the last time this happened (was that really 7 years ago?!?), and we had that shortened season. That sucked for us hockey fans!!!

I hope this gets figured out soon!
