My favorite commercial of the night

I'll admit, I didn't watch many of the commercials ... or the game itself for that matter .... because I was watching two splendid hours of Downton Abbey! However ... the one commercial I saw that made me chuckle was the Skechers ad with the guy chasing down the cheetah to save the gazelle.

The guy chasing the Cheetah was a good one. I also like the one where the old people from the retirement home went for a night on the town.

For the most part, the commercials sucked. The Taco Bell one was fun. Jeeps during half time was great. The one Kel posted above was good too. I want to boycott pistachios for using Psy, but that's just me. I blame TK for that one.

Beyonce's half time performance was fun, but I was underwhelmed. First of all, I could NOT hear Kelly or Michelle when they joined. I wanted a different set list. I think it could have had a better set list. Also, if I'm being honest, I think she could have sang more. Yes, it's all about entertainment value for the Superbowl halftime show, I get it - but there was a LOT of her dancing and not so much of her singing, no?

the farmer, taco bell, doritos, jeep, and budweiser was the only ones worth a shit.
i am TOTALLY disappointed in the commercials AND the game.

very boring this year!

Ya, until the end, the game was boring. Too one sided. The damn blackout was more entertaining.

NBC and Revolution were so smart last night.

They tweeted

You don't watch the show, but it's actually quite clever on their part taking advantage of the gaffe airing on CBS.

I only ever watched the premiere of Revolution, but that is pretty damn clever of them. Somebody was staying on their toes!!!
