Is it just me, or did this hockey season sneak up on me??? Hey wings, what are they gonna do with that winter classic game that was cancelled???

It's just rescheduled to this year, like they announced back when the lockout ended.

AND YES. Season is almost here!

When your playoffs last six months there's not much of an offseason.

The playoffs last 2.5 months at the most. Second week of April to Mid-June. But I see what you did there.

Lasted 2.5 months for Detroit fans but 6 months for Pittsburgh fans.

Hello my hockey brethren of the Yak. Seeing as my baseball team is the Mets, my football team is the Giants, I have never been more excited for my Devils to start a season. Although Kovy has abandoned us in our hour of need, I still feel like we may sneak up on a few people this season. Drop that puck!
