One Love Manchester
Wow wow wow!!!!
I just finished the live stream of this and I have to say, that was one of the most stunning and inspiring concerts ive ever seen. I think Ariana was so classy, humble and phenomenal here tonight. She anchored a night of fun and love...but without making it overly sentimental. Coldplay was the real highlight for me here...I completely broke down during 'Fix You' and loved his performance of the Oasis classic "Don't Look Back In Anger"...Chris coming out to duet with Noel was also a total WOW moment. Katy's stripped down version of 'Part of Me' turned that into a whole new thing and I loved the hell out of it. Robbie Williams and the audience singing 'Angels' was stellar. I also LOVED the almost but not really Take That reunion. I would have loved to see the boys together again, but it was nice to just be reminded of some of Take That's great music. Mr. Mumford was great, but it was a thrill to see him having fun playing guitar for Pharell on 'Get Lucky'....And how fun was that Pharell and Miley 'Happy' duet?!?! And Ariana was in top form all night...But her rendition of 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow' was just the cherry on top. Ariana was already my favourite pop singer headed into this, but my respect for her has grown to enormous levels. Much love to the people of Manchester, London....and all of you here. I don't say it much, but I love the little family we have here and I'm thankfull for all of you. Be safe, spread love and sing a little bit today. <3 <3
