Lexi and I watched this last night and we are already set to dislike almost all of the so-called chefs. Seriously, this promises to me a really messed up bunch of people on this show.

I agree! I watched this last night, and it's gotten too formulaic for my tastes. The "upcoming season" preview feels a bit manipulated and seems like they are casting more people to react the way they want them to react for the ratings sake.
I'm sure MOST "reality" shows do this as well, but they don't feel as quite in-your-face about it as Hell's Kitchen does. Perhaps I've just been watching too many seasons now to know what to expect. Of course, this won't stop me from watching this season, too!
